Ecuador was one of the highlights of the trip. While here, we had the unique opportunity to climb Mt. Cotopaxi (19,347 ft.) with an incredible group of amputee athletes. After a week of living at high altitude and two practice climbs to 15,500 ft. and 13,000 ft. we departed at 10:00 PM and reached the summit at 7:15 AM the following morning. It was one of the most difficult and rewarding things I have ever done.
